Why Would I Recommend Xplore Tech To My Friends?

I know there are a number of rumors regarding the malpractices in Xplore Tech Services Pvt. Limited. But as an ex-employee I can tell you that none of these were true in my case. While I was with them, I received a cordially professional work atmosphere. Everyone from colleagues to top level managers was helpful and approachable. And that’s the best part of working in Xplore Tech. I will recommend it to all my friends and relatives looking to start a career in BPO industry.

I joined Xplore Tech 2 years back and worked there for 1year and 8 months. I learned loads of stuff there, thanks to my trainers and mentors. I have received proper training on workforce management and that really helped me later. One of our trainer used to say – start where you are with what you have (He quoted George Washington Carver). And that really inspired me to aim for nothing but the best.  I worked hard and my hard work was appreciated by my team leads and manager. They used to encourage me saying, “Rina, keep up the good work!”  There might be people in other department who steal others’ glory.  But in my department, it was always bestowed upon the one who deserves it. I guess I was lucky be a part of that team.

I would also like to add that the HR people too were very approachable and understanding in Xplore Tech.  Once my friend lost her dad in a car accident and had to take a leave for 10 days to perform the rituals. On our manager’s request, the HR department grander her paid leave for those 10 days (she did not have any PLs left in her account). As she was now the sole bread earner in the family, this gesture helped her a lot.  As for me, I am grateful to the HR for clearing my dues and giving me a good recommendation letter when I left my company for my marriage and subsequent shift to Bengaluru.

In other words I am happy that I chose Xplore Tech as the stepping stone of my career. For those who have faced adversities in this company, I would like to tell them – you need to give something good to get something better.  If you be a loyal, hardworking employee, the company will notice you. Hard work and good thoughts never go unnoticed. But if you give them crap then you probably knew that things won’t look good in the end. So, there’s no point in complaining.
